Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped from warehouses United States of America, Italy, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, China.
All premium brand products are shipped from Italy (Clothing & Accessories) and New York (Fragrances)
If the product is not in stock in one of the US warehouses, it will be delivered to the nearest US warehouse before shipping to the final destination.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is free for all orders within the USA.
Shipping for USA addresses is FREE. For all orders outside the USA, shipping is & 9.99 flat per order.
How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Most of the products sold on our website are processed within 2 to 3 business days after the payment for an order has been received. Processing includes
- Clearing payments
- Identifying the product in the warehouse
- Pre-packaging inspection
- Packaging
- Make the package ready for pickup by the shipping partner
- Updating tracking information for customers.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
Once the order is processed the product is shipped immediately.
However, some orders may take a longer processing time under the following circumstances.
- If the product is made to order and is not kept maintained as a running stock, for example, customized merchandise.
- If the product is not available in a warehouse nearest to the delivery address and the product is being imported from another warehouse in the same country or another country.
- The in-stock product has been discovered damaged and new product is either being manufactured or being imported from another warehouse within the country of delivery or from another country.
- The product ordered is in very high demand and the warehouse has a very large backlog of orders to be processed.
- Due to natural disasters, unforeseen accidents at the warehouse or any of the warehouse employees.
How long does it take for products to be delivered?
Order processing time range between 2-5 business days (Average: 2 days)
Shipping from US Warehouse to US customer address - 2 to 5 days. (For heavy items 5 to 10 days)
Shipping China warehouse to US/Canada customer address - 2 to 3 weeks
How do I receive notifications about shipping?
Our system automatically sends you a notification via your email or via text (if you have chosen text alerts after checkout) regarding all major shipping updates.
I have received a shipping label created notification but my product is not yet in transit.
A shipping label is created to inform a courier or postal service to inform that a shipment will arrive soon or needs to be picked up. But creating a shipping label does not mean the order has been shipped but the order is ready to ship.
Which courier service delivers the package?
Most of the products in the USA are delivered via USPS first class or priority package, USPS and FedEx.
International orders could be delivered via FedEx, UPS, DHL, ePacket, China Post, YunExpress, Yunwen.
Is there expedited shipping available?
Our customers can only choose free fast shipping. However, we have a wide range of products that delivers very fast within five business days.
Do I have to sign or be present to receive packages?
No, you do not have to be physically present to receive most orders. The orders will be delivered at your mailbox or porch or patio or entrance or at the best accessible place by the delivery personnel.
Do I have to tip someone during delivery?
AwsomU does not promote any tipping for delivery and promotes contactless delivery. But if you see someone delivering a package for you, saying "thank you" may make someone's day! but it's completely up to you.
